REGISTRATION             

The Trust is registered under Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 vide registration No.E-2607/PMS on 5th August, 1995. The Trust is also exempted from income tax under Sec.80(G) of the Income Tax Act, and was also allowed to receive donations under Sec.35AC of the I.T. Act.

The main aims of the Trust are outlined below in brief

1. To conduct activities like all round education, adult education and all round development.
2. To establish Balwadi, higher education institutions and technical training programmes.
3. To establish Boys and Girls’ hostels, study centres for girls , etc.
4. To work for the cultural and social development of backward classes.
5. To commence industrial training centers, like engineering, typewriting, diamond cutting,etc.
6. To inculcate an awareness of education through cultural programmes.
7. To establish handloom training classes and make them self sufficient.
8. To eradicate illiteracy in the District and the State of Gujarat by starting adult education centres, night classes,etc.
9. To open Balwadi, Balmandir,etc. for an all round development of children.
